Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to middle and high school students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess motor function, mobility, and range of motion to develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with special education and general education staff
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings as needed
• Offer consultative services and support for staff or families regarding physical therapy strategies in and out of the classroom

This position is part-time, averaging approximately 15 hours spread over five days each week—allowing for flexible scheduling within the school day.
