Join Our Client as a Construction Manager in Red Oak, TX a mission-driven leader! We seek experts with a related Bachelor's, 10+ yrs experience, and PMP preferred to direct build specifications, site walks, and project execution.

responsibilities:
- Direct site walks with lease providers and general contractors, manage contractual dates, and enforce build specifications across engineering and technical projects.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate project staff, while analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and operational budgets to maximize efficiency and control expenses.
- Confer with cross-functional teams to align on specifications, present proposals to clients, and submit weekly executive project status reports.
