Long-Term Care Registered Nurse - Traveler Assignment

An experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse is needed for a traveler assignment to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. This role requires strong communication and clinical assessment skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Hawai?i RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records

Schedule

Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
