Systems Security Engineer II - P2 (Onsite-TX)

Systems Security Engineer II-P2 – Onsite position at Raytheon, McKinney, TX Security clearance required: Secret (active and transferable). U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Responsibilities Support implementation of Systems Security Engineering (SSE) solutions into RTX products. Define SSE requirements, solutions, trade studies, costs, and implementation impacts. Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems. Conduct attack threat modeling and critical program information assessments. Develop top-level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystems. Ensure understanding and compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of relevant experience. Active, transferable U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required. Experience in System Security Engineering, reverse engineering, cybersecurity or embedded security. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans and/or policies. Knowledge of Software, Firmware, Microelectronics Engineering, Cryptography and FPGA design. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Computer Science or Engineering Science. Broad understanding of technology and working knowledge of DODI-S-5230.28. Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop creative technical solutions. What We Offer Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD. Relocation assistance available.
