Category Production - Project Management Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Initiate the manufacturing of work orders identified as "projects" Review drawings, coordinate purchasing requirements and identify availability of raw materials needed for manufactured parts Coordinate with engineers, shop supervisor and sub-contractors as required to ensure timely completion of manufacturing efforts Monitor progress to ensure a smooth merging of manufactured, purchased and contracted items Send spreadsheets of status updates to the internal customers Help Program Managers provide response to customer inquiries Provide administrative assistance in the installation as required Qualifications BA/BS in Business Management, Psychology or a related academic field 2 plus years of experience Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands: While performing these job duties, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. This position is performed in a traditional office environment, with some local travel between facilities.
