Russell Tobin is seeking motivated professionals to join a fast-paced Management Operations team supporting banking and check processing activities for a leading financial institution. Hybrid | 3 Days On-site | South Jordan Contract Opportunity 19.00$ - 20.00$/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, accept, reject, and modify check records for proper clearing
• Support inquiries and requests related to check disbursements
• Execute daily processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory/risk requirements
• Investigate and resolve breaks related to check clearing activities and external bank accounts
• Ensure compliance with check processing procedures and internal controls
• Maintain oversight of retail bank check records to ensure accurate transaction history
• Assist with project testing for new products and operational changes through collaboration with business partners and technology teams
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and leverage AI tools to drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think proactively and logically
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong client-centric approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including CoPilot integration

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
