Senior Analyst, Order to Cash

Senior Analyst, Order to Cash (OTC) From accounting and financial planning to risk/fraud analysis and payments, our Finance team ensures not only our company’s financial security, but also that our customers can buy from us with confidence. This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: two days in‑office and the remaining days remote. Responsibilities Lead moderate‑size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision‑making skills, and project management skills. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the OTC process—including invoicing/billing, cash application, reconciliation of billed and unbilled A/R, reconciliation of AP with external invoices, intercompany AR, and collections—answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to business partners and IT teams. Maintain a balance between business needs and IT standards to guide well‑informed decisions. Own change management, communications, and partner alignment to support process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system improvements. Collaborate with Fintech, GL, RevOps, FinOps, and Compliance organizations to develop end‑to‑end strategic solutions and conduct root‑cause analysis. Design, develop, and maintain business process flows within the OTC platform. Participate in project status reviews and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition. Lead and coordinate business requirement and user acceptance testing. Lead and coordinate the data migration effort with the Fintech team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with exposure to a high‑transaction volume environment. Strong SQL knowledge; SQL reporting (SQVI) knowledge is a plus; familiarity with BigQuery is a plus. Validated experience in testing methodology and with Oracle, SAP, and billing software (e.g., High Radius). Sound understanding of the order‑to‑cash lifecycle on a transactional basis. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights. Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GAAP compliance requirements. Problem‑solving, solution‑driven mindset. Highly organized with good time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate from end‑user to senior management. Results‑driven and proactive with a strong desire to own and execute responsibilities with excellence and timeliness. Salary The salary range for this position is $85,000–$105,000, with additional eligibility for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
