Automotive Sales Associate

Overview JACOBS Motors is a fast-growing dealership and a dynamic leader in the automotive retail industry. We are adding qualified Sales Associates to our brand‑new location in Bradenton. The company offers a family atmosphere within a corporate structure and supports team members for success. Responsibilities Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services. Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers. Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and an owner follow‑up system to encourage repeat and referral business. Continuously learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and benefits to customers. Overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate price, complete sales or purchase agreements, and explain and offer warranties, service, and finance options. Provide sales management information through completion reports and attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. Follow all company policies and procedures and demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co‑workers, and vendors. Qualifications Drive and passion to be a successful Sales Associate with a high‑energy personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desire to work in a commission, performance‑based environment. Excellent customer‑satisfaction skills, professional appearance, work ethic, and self‑motivation. Ability to work well in a process‑driven environment. Bi‑lingual (Spanish/English) a plus; not mandatory. Driver’s license required. Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, and Medical Savings Card.
