Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 years of Consumer Products industry experience in Category Management, Retail Strategy, Trade Marketing or CPG Brand Management (Hair/Beauty experience is desired). Extensive knowledge of retail store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics. Exceptional Storytelling & Influence: Demonstrated ability to translate complex insights and strategies into compelling, persuasive narratives. Thrives in Ambiguity & Builds Structure: Comfortable operating without an established playbook. Responsibilities Leads the development of the Global Hair Category Vision and brand leadership stories for deployment across priority markets. Leverages consumer, shopper, and customer insights to develop category solutions and multi-brand activation opportunities. Partners with regional teams and priority markets to deploy the global Hair category vision and adapt category growth strategies. Serves as the internal authority on the Hair shopper, ensuring their needs are at the center of every corporate decision.
