About The Role As an Occupational Therapist at Small Steps, you’ll play an integral role in a collaborative care team, partnering with families and fellow clinicians to design and deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment. You’ll evaluate and support children with sensory, motor, and developmental needs, using evidence-based and play-centered approaches that align with each child’s strengths and goals. Qualifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field Current MA state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach Why Join Us?
