IOP Social Worker - Evening Group Therapy Lead

Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn, MI seeks an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Social Worker. The role focuses on case management, group therapy, assessments, and referrals within a newly developed IOP, with PHP support as needed. IOP sessions run Mon, Wed, Fri 4:00–7:00 PM; PHP coverage Tue/Thu 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.
