Plumbing MechanicWe're looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to join a growing team working on a variety of commercial construction projects throughout New Jersey. From pharmaceutical facilities and renovations to additions and new construction, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, lead crews, and expand your expertise in the trade. If you're a skilled plumber who can read plans, lay out work independently, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoInstall, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systemsLay out and coordinate plumbing work from blueprints and project drawingsInstall storm, sanitary, water, and temporary water systemsLead and mentor helpers and junior mechanics on job sitesDiagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairsCoordinate with project leads and other trades to keep projects moving efficientlyEnsure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and safety standardsUtilize construction management software to review assignments and track progressWhat We're Looking ForStrong commercial plumbing experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience installing and working with cast iron and PVC pipingKnowledge of storm, sanitary, and water distribution systemsLeadership experience directing helpers or junior mechanicsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanshipThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Bank, NJ. The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. This position is anticipated to close on Aug 24, 2026.
