We are looking for a disciplined and service-oriented Owner's Representative to support property operations in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract position will act as the on-site owner contact, working closely with the management team to promote strong day-to-day performance, consistent tenant experience, and reliable administrative follow-through. The ideal candidate brings property management knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate operational challenges with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the owner's on-site representative and maintain regular visibility within the leasing office to support daily property operations.

• Complete recurring operational reviews, checklists, and administrative assignments to keep property activities organized and on schedule.

• Partner with property staff, including leasing and maintenance personnel, to address issues, improve communication, and support a high standard of resident and customer service.

• Conduct property walks and inspections to identify concerns related to presentation, upkeep, and overall operational quality.

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and follow-up tasks.

• Help resolve sensitive situations professionally by balancing tenant experience, site needs, and ownership priorities.

• Support additional administrative oversight projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the Portfolio Manager.

• At least 1 year of experience in property management, administrative support, or a related real estate operations role.

• Background in residential, commercial, or mixed-property environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage responsibilities with limited supervision.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Experience performing property inspections, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining accurate records.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Fortress or similar property management software is a plus.
