Job Description The Customer Success team is responsible for maintaining strong communication with customers and making sure they have the information and support they need throughout their relationship with the company. We’re looking for someone who can manage customer interactions professionally, stay on top of open requests, and coordinate with different teams to keep things moving. This position involves regular customer communication, account support, follow-up, problem resolution, and maintaining accurate customer information. The role is well suited to someone who is responsive, organized, and comfortable balancing several customer needs at once. Areas of Responsibility Manage ongoing communication with assigned customers Respond to questions regarding accounts, products, services, and company processes Assist customers with account-related requests and routine service needs Coordinate customer onboarding and initial account setup Conduct regular follow‑ups and customer check‑ins Track open requests and make sure outstanding items are addressed Communicate customer needs and concerns to the appropriate internal teams Coordinate internally to resolve service or account issues Provide customers with updates regarding outstanding requests Maintain accurate customer information and communication records Document interactions, account activity, and relevant customer feedback Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and follow‑up conversations Identify recurring customer questions or concerns and communicate them internally Escalate complex issues when additional assistance is required Prepare customer information, account notes, and routine reports Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the customer relationship What Matters in This Role We’re looking for someone who is: Clear and professional in written and verbal communication Organized and attentive to details Responsive and dependable with follow‑up Comfortable communicating with customers regularly Able to manage multiple accounts, requests, and priorities Patient and solution‑oriented when handling questions or concerns Able to work effectively with different departments Comfortable maintaining records and working within CRM or account systems Able to prioritize time‑sensitive requests appropriately Professional when handling customer information and account matters Experience in customer success, client services, account support, customer service, hospitality, sales support, or another customer‑facing environment is helpful but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
