Customer Success Associate

Position overview
This entry-level role supports customer relationships, onboarding, service, and retention through proactive communication and problem solving.

Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

· Welcome and assist customers through key service touchpoints

· Explain services, processes, and next steps clearly

· Follow up on customer needs and coordinate solutions with onsite teams

· Document feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Who may thrive here: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
