TruBlu HR Solutions is excited to partner with a valued client in the North Houston area to find a motivated Administrative Assistant who is ready to grow their career. If you enjoy staying organized, supporting a team, and are interested in developing your accounting skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you'll be responsible for answering phones, performing data entry, collecting and organizing documents, and assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable entries. This position offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and transition into a more accounting-focused role over time.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
