IT Helpdesk Specialist 2

Natera seeks an IT Helpdesk Specialist 2 to provide comprehensive end-user support across hardware, software, and enterprise systems in a biotech environment. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating on IT infrastructure improvements.

Responsibilities

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues via walk-up, phone, email, and ticketing systems
Manage issue communication and follow-up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Participate in projects enhancing IT processes including virtualization, asset management, and identity systems
Recommend and deploy solutions to support IT and end-user technology needs

Requirements

Technical degree or equivalent work experience with applicable certifications
2 years desktop technology and user support in enterprise environment
Strong Microsoft and Apple desktop support and troubleshooting skills
Desktop applications support experience (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
HIPAA-controlled biotech, pharma, or healthcare IT experience preferred

Compensation: $25–$27 USD hourly
