Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to telemetry alarms.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; assess and document patient status regularly.
- Collaborate with physicians, unit staff, and ancillary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
- Uphold patient safety, infection prevention, and patient education; promote comfort and dignity for patients and families.
- Participate in rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state of practice to be determined)
- Telemetry experience or familiarity with cardiac monitoring is preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to comply with hospital policies and patient privacy regulations
