*Job Description & Requirements* Emergency Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;12 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75 This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: * Shift times: Physicians work 12 or 8 hour shifts in various combinations from 7pm-7am;7am – 7pm, 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm, 10am-10pm, 10am-6pm, 12 pm -10 pm and 2pm-10pm. * EMR: CPAR. * Credentialing timeframe: 60 days. * Certifications required: Provider must have an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Provider must also be Board Certified or Board Eligible. * Licensure: Provider must have an active unrestricted state medical license. *Facility Location* Nestled in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, Fresno is an agricultural town at heart, surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful national parks.
