Required Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an auto insurance company, agency, high-volume, or multi-location environment Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments and organizational levels Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate search tools Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill talent pools Strong knowledge of Federal and California employment laws and recruiting best practices Proven ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive recruiting decisions Preferred Qualifications Auto insurance industry recruiting experience Bilingual Spanish Experience supporting high-growth organizations Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, and campus recruiting initiatives Why Aspire? This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of departments and business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver recruiting excellence. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for positions across multiple departments and levels Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process Deliver and negotiate employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, industry associations, and other sourcing channels Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, military organizations, and community groups Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and business leaders Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experiences Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends Recruiting Operations & Analytics Maintain accurate applicant and requisition records within the ATS Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring trends Prepare and present recruiting reports and staffing updates to leadership Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring requirements Employer Branding Represent Aspire at recruiting events, job fairs, networking functions, universities, and community events Support employment branding initiatives through social media and professional networking platforms Promote Aspire's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates You Will Thrive In This Role If You Enjoy building relationships and connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities Can effectively manage multiple requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience Think creatively about sourcing and talent attraction strategies Use data and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes Have a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring teams Working Conditions Standard business hours; occasional evening or weekend attendance at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking functions may be required Regular use of ATS systems, video conferencing platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office applications Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong prioritization and time management skills Frequent interaction with candidates, employees, managers, business leaders, and external recruiting partners Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer Frequent use of phones, headsets, keyboards, and multiple monitors Ability to travel to recruiting events, job fairs, and business functions as needed Ability to lift and transport recruiting materials and event supplies up to 50 pounds when necessary What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Career Growth and Development Opportunities Collaborative and High-Performance Culture Opportunity to directly influence the growth and success of a rapidly expanding organization Department: Human Resources Reports To: Executive Talent Acquisition Manager At Aspire General Insurance, we're building the future of specialty auto insurance through innovation, technology, and exceptional customer service.
