If you're ready for a role that's as rewarding as it is impactful, you'll feel right at home here.Full and part-time positions are available:AM (6:00am-2:30pm)PM (2:00pm-10:30pm)NOC's (10:00pm-6:30am)All scheduled positions require an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.Responsibilities include:Directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistantReceiving physician's orders and executing as appropriateCharting nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to each resident in EMREnsuring appropriate documentation and communication of changes in a resident's needs and/or conditionPreparing and administering medications as ordered by the physicianRequisitioning and arranging for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physicianConsulting with the resident's physician in providing the resident's care and treatmentReviewing the resident's EMR for specific treatments, medication orders, diets, etc.Maintaining established nursing standardsMaking periodic checks to ensure that prescribed treatments are being properly administered by certified nursing assistants and to evaluate the resident's physical and emotional statusNotifying the resident's physician and P.O.A./Guardian of changes in conditionAdministering professional services such as; catheterization, tube feedings, wound care, etc.Ensuring that personnel providing direct care to residents are providing such care in accordance with the resident's care plan and wishesRequirements:Possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of WIUnderstands and supports Pine Haven's Mission, Vision and Values and Resident-Centered Engagement PrinciplesRegular attendance, including timely arrival at work, to support positive working relationships with fellow team members and to support quality resident careAbility to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environmentAttention-to-detail and organizational skills requiredStrong teamwork and communication skills are criticalAbility to lift up to 40 poundsWhy Join Us?Rewarding work environment with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of othersCompetitive payOpportunities for growthA supportive teamEducational assistanceEmployee assistance program (EAP)Wellness programPaid lunchDiscounted meal planHealth, dental, and pet insurance options for eligible employees (full time employees working 60-80 hours every 2 weeks)Paid time off for eligible employees (working a minimum of 32 hours every 2 weeks)Zoo passes employees can reserve and more…Let's work together to create brighter days for our residents—and a fulfilling career for you.Apply today!
