Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project challenges effectively. Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. The Successful Applicant A solid understanding of construction practices, particularly in structural steel and concrete projects. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
