Service Advisor: Main Line - North Austin Nissan

North Austin Nissan is the first open point dealership in company history for Continental Automotive Group! Come join us in marking a major step toward our company's long-term vision of growth.This individual will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan once the store opens on July 1st!The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers. Service Advisors are responsible for assisting their customers with service and maintenance needs, and assuring the customers continued satisfaction with their Nissan vehicles and the dealership. Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day. North Austin Nissan has a high-performing as well as a high-producing service department that is seeking for A+ players to join our team. If you withhold efficient time management skills, effective communication (nonverbal and verbal) skills, and thrive in a fast-paced customer centric environment, then we encourage you to apply!The primary duties and responsibilities of the Service Advisor include but not limited to:Greeting customers promptly on the service drive and in the lobbyObtaining accurate customer and vehicle informationReviewing vehicle repair historyClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend needed maintenancePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablishing a method of paymentExplaining all completed work and charges to customersMonitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers regularlyAnswering customer's phone calls, emails with the highest level of response and attentionQualifications:Minimum 1 year of Main Line Advisor experienceProfessional appearance and demeanor at all timesPunctuality in reporting to workBasic product knowledgeComfortable being on your feet all dayBeing comfortable being on your feet all day indoor/outdoorEngage with guests in a variety of climates while creating the best experience possible for the guests under all circumstancesMust be able to work in a team settingDisplay a positive attitudeAdaptive to changeDriven in sales AND customer satisfactionCommunication skills in person, in writing, and over the telephone (ability to assist the customer in expressing all service needs and writing down those needs in a way that is acceptable to the customer and understandable to the Technicians)Requirements:Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record.Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.Hours:This is approximately 50 hours a weekShifts range between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday.
