This role will focus heavily on forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting while partnering with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and projections. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers. Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes, including accrual analysis. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of financial analysis experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis. Experience with Power BI and financial reporting tools. Strong forecasting and variance analysis expertise. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives in large corporate environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
