Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to achieve established business goals
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing
• Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and development
• Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability, communicating daily and weekly goals
• Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
• Uphold all operational policies and procedures
• Buy gently used clothing and accessories in line with company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Store Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and highly ethical
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work 42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
• Physical ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to drive at any time during assigned shifts
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting merchandise
