On-Site Property Maintenance Technician
Royal American Management
Royal American Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep our multi-family properties. You will follow OSHA standards and company safety policies, perform preventive maintenance, and manage service requests with accuracy. Responsibilities include inspecting apartments and common areas, repairing fixtures, and assisting with custodial tasks.
