Commercial Roofing Foreman (Field Leadership & Systems Specialist)Ideal Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead and work alongside field crews on commercial and industrial roofing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations while actively participating in installation, repair, and maintenance of multiple roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and roof coatings.The Roofing Foreman plays a critical role in planning work, enforcing safety standards, training crew members, maintaining quality control, diagnosing leaks, and ensuring clean, professional jobsites.
