Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana physical therapy license required prior to the start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. No new graduates. Clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Competence in comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including functional quality indicators and letters of medical necessity. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising or precepting students and providing a structured learning environment. Experience with safe patient handling practices and materials handling protocols. Demonstrated engagement in continuing education and professional development activities.
