The hourly pay range for this position is position is $26.00 per hour - $27.50 per hour per hour.Work HoursThe work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.Key PurposeThe Concessions Supervisor’s purpose is to drive customer service, employee engagement, safety programs, signage, and provide micro kitchen supervision. They are responsible for satisfying the client and customer's needs by providing high quality, cost-effective food service operations.The Concessions Supervisor shall participate and lead in establishing corporate employee training and development programs as instructed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager.Success CriteriaEffective team buildingSolve any customer complaints or issuesFollow all food safety regulationsStaff schedulingHire and train new employeesKey Areas of Collaboration and InfluenceWork with the GM and Executive Chef on team programming and safety.Work with GM on duties assignedIdeal Candidate ExperienceExperience in food systems with a high school diploma or equivalentAttention to detailAbility to multitaskInterpersonal skillsAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackShows ability to lead a teamValid state driver's licenseMust be 18 or olderClean and safe DMV driving recordKey AccountabilitiesDay-to-day support of all fronts of the house and micro kitchen activitiesTasks are assigned as needed by the Food Service Manager or General ManagerMust comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standardsBuilding strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsDevelop good customer relationships and address customer service needsDemonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awarenessBuild teams to be customer-focused and solutions-oriented, all while being flexible in constant changeMaintain service standards and CPEs of the clientMaintain product inventory to established levelsThis role requires a valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as operating a company vehicle is an essential responsibility in this position.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentWork up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaksMust be able to lift a minimum of 25lbsCome to work properly dressed according to the dress codeEmployees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periodsHSEQ Compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
