The Warehouse Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator - SCC) is responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Aiea location. As Coordinator you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinator will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results.
• The Coordinator will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges.
• The Coordinator will investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause.
• The Coordinator will have accountability for all Service Metrics.
• Travel: Up to 5% Travel

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.

Qualifications

• High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work
• Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
• Understanding of dashboard reporting tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort receiving/providing feedback to others. Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
• Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment
• Effective coaching skills and communication skills
