About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Part-Time People and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with candidates, staying organized, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.

This position will play an important role in supporting our recruiting efforts while also assisting with day-to-

day administrative, marketing, and communication needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone,

enjoys connecting with new people, can manage multiple priorities, and isn't afraid to take initiative.

Responsibilities

People (Candidate) Support

• Reach out to prospective candidates by phone, text, and email
• Conduct initial candidate pre-screening conversations
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Help keep candidate information and recruiting activity organized and up to date
• Provide a positive, professional experience for candidates from first contact through the interview
• process

Administrative Support

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Assist with general office and administrative needs
• Help coordinate communications and follow-up across the district
• Support the team with miscellaneous projects and day-to-day tasks as needed

Marketing & Communications

• Assist with creating simple digital advertisements and recruiting materials
• Help develop social media content and posts
• Support email and other district communications
• Assist with occasional marketing and promotional projects

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up with people
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Familiarity with social media and basic digital content creation
• Comfortable learning and using new technology and software
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Previous recruiting, administrative, customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but we're

most interested in finding someone with the right attitude, communication skills, and ability to stay

organized.

This is a MondayFriday, part-time position averaging approximately 45 hours per day . We offer

flexibility in determining the daily schedule as long as the hours fall within our normal business hours of

9:00 AM5:00 PM .
