Legal Billing Specialist

A prestigious Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing billing team with outstanding growth potential. Responsibilities Prepare and edit billing proformas and client invoices Partner with attorneys to resolve billing questions and ensure timely invoice processing Manage e-billing, WIP, billing adjustments, and client billing compliance Interpret and apply Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Pricing, Cash Applications, Revenue Management, and other accounting teams Generate billing reports and support monthly billing deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of legal billing experience in a mid-to-large law firm Big Law experience strongly preferred Experience with Elite 3E or Aderant Electronic billing experience required Stable work history with excellent communication and organizational skills Why Apply?
