Picker / Packer – Warehouse
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (32-35 hours)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Picker / Packer to support our client's daily order fulfillment in a steady-paced warehouse environment. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort using technology to process orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Read and process orders and SKUs (average of 20 SKUs per order)
- Fulfill a minimum of 10 orders per day while maintaining 95% accuracy
- Use warehouse systems and scanning technology to track inventory and orders
- Prepare orders for shipment following company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
- Tech savvy and comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read SKUs accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for the entire shift
- Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 30 lbs
