Hourly - Full Time Brooklyn, OH, US We are actively recruiting for the position of Shift Supervisor for our plant in Brooklyn, OH Don't miss this amazing opportunity. 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am Duties & Responsibilities At least 5 years' experience in a leadership/supervisory/production scheduling position, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to confidently supervise others fairly and consistently. Able to manage 20-30 employees Knowledgeable in safety procedures, OSHA regulations, etc. Experience using Management Information Systems and other production management software. Proficient in office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous process improvement. Must be able to see, hear, and speak within normal limits in order to effectively communicate with others in production areas. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be willing/able to stand for the entire 8-hour shift. Create and present constructive Actions. Conduct regular 1:1 Meetings with employees. Performance Reviews - continually observe and track work performance throughout the entire year. Schedule Presses utilizing Offset Press Manager system and Canon gang scheduler. Set short and long term goals using provided reports, providing continuous feedback. Cross-training - offer opportunities to learn new machine and processes Hold daily huddle meetings with management and team leads. Great motivational skills.
