Ideal Candidate: The family is seeking an exceptional, highly organized, and discreet Private Personal Assistant & Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy principal. Acting as a trusted right-hand, the successful candidate will manage complex, ever-changing schedules, coordinate personal and business appointments, and oversee all communications, including calls, emails, and other correspondence. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials, itineraries, and briefing documents while liaising seamlessly with family members, management teams, agents, and external stakeholders. The role also encompasses full lifestyle management, including personal administration, coordinating health and wellness appointments, arranging reservations and travel, sourcing luxury and bespoke items, organizing gifts, managing personal projects, and handling concierge-style requests with efficiency and discretion. In addition, the assistant will oversee the smooth operation of multiple residences, supervising household staff and coordinating with housekeepers, security teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Duties include managing maintenance schedules, household projects, deliveries, and logistics, as well as organizing private events, family gatherings, and special occasions from concept through execution. The role also involves assisting with personal financial administration, including invoice management, expense tracking, bill payments, and liaising with accountants and financial advisers while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment, handling all confidential matters with absolute care. Job Synopsis: The duties for this role include overseeing lifestyle and household management, coordinating events, handling financial administration, and executing concierge-style requests. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. Flexibility to support this family is key! The family travels both domestically and internationally, including extended summer stays in the UK. Candidates should have prior travel experience and be comfortable being away from home for up to three months at a time. The salary is in the range of $100k to $120k DOE, with paid vacation, sick time, and holidays. A safe and reliable vehicle is required for this role.
