Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1933.92/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, stabilizing, and managing acute patient needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care effectively.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately in EPIC.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including required certifications.
• Float to various campus locations as needed to meet patient care demands.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 2 years of recent ED nursing experience.
• Current and active RN license in good standing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications; CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
• Knowledge of trauma and charge nurse responsibilities highly desirable.
• Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam within two attempts.
