Project Manager – Olathe, Kansas You will ensure project objectives are met by a specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Job Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, order materials, installer requirements, and work with outside vendors to coordinate schedules. Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe. Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job‑specific requirements. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience with a desire to grow a career in the building materials / construction industry. High attention to detail and a drive to succeed. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP (IFS) or Procore systems preferred.
