Manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates Ensure make‑ready units and work orders are completed in a timely manner Monitor and manage D&R, supplies, replacements, and capital expenses to budget Maintain accurate logs and documentation Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Step in to support staffing decisions and team supervision when needed Perform hands‑on maintenance and repairs as required What You’ll Bring Class A multifamily apartment industry maintenance lead experience Experience as a working maintenance supervisor High customer service skills, professionalism, and great communication skills. HVAC Certification: Type II or EPA Universal Ability to be on‑call 1–2 weekends per month Yardi experience including creating purchase orders is preferred. Experience managing an annual maintenance/capital budget is preferred. The ability to live on site is preferred. Strong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Personal cell phone required for on‑call availability Additional Details High school diploma or GED required Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required Ready to lead a team and make a real impact?
