Job Description:

• Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
• Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
• Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
• Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
• Possess strong organizational skills

Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Team player with a desire to learn
• Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required
• Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus

Since 1989 the Pino Network (Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC) focuses on developing and promoting people from within, which has proven instrumental to our success.
