As a Customer Retention Specialist, you're the person Moxie customers reach when they have a problem, are weighing whether to cancel, or need someone who can actually do something about it. You own the save, turning tough conversations into win-win outcomes that keep customers loyal and earn you real commission. It's one of the most important roles at Moxie. Commission earnings vary by individual performance and overall demand, our team has averaged $400–$1,000+/month per rep across recent quarters, with top performers earning $1,500–$1,700/month. Most full-time Customer Retention Specialists earn $50,000–$58,000 their first year, with strong performers earning more. Is This Role a Fit for You?
