Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical tests-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following strict protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy, troubleshoot any anomalies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Accurately document procedures, nurture new talent, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification throughout your tenure with us.
