Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology-as per established guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration for laboratory instruments.
• Support the collection of specimens and prepare samples for laboratory testing as necessary.
• Document procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and promote high standards of lab quality.
• Maintain a sanitized, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) expected within one year of hire.
• Maintain your certification through ongoing professional development during your employment.
