As an Outpatient Therapist joining our team, you will help make communities healthier by providing exceptional care. How you'll contribute Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues. Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation. Display active involvement in treatment planning. Participate in discharge, transition, and after‑care planning. Offer family session counseling to facilitate communication and support for patients. CERTIFIED CPR and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment. Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical‑dependency patients.
