The Role: Excellence Behind the Bar As a Resort Bartender, you will play a vital role in the guest experience by crafting exquisite cocktails and offering top-tier service in a high-volume, luxury environment. Key Responsibilities: Craft & Execution: Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to strict resort recipes, ensuring consistent quality and proper portions. Guest Engagement: Provide attentive, personable service, utilizing deep knowledge of house wines, craft beers, and premium liquors to drive sales and up-sell. Operational Precision: Maintain bar stock, manage "par lists," and ensure the bar area is arranged to specification. Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all TABC regulations, food safety standards, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean and professional workspace. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and coordinate with Restaurant Managers to ensure seamless service execution. Event Support: Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and specialized resort functions as needed. What You Bring to the Bar Certifications: Must possess a valid TABC Certificate and Food Handler’s Certificate . Experience: Previous bartending experience is required; luxury resort or high-end restaurant experience is highly valued. Communication: Excellent oral communication skills with a professional, "impeccable" appearance. Mindset: A problem-solver with a commitment to excellence and a "sense of TEAM." Requirements: Minimum age of 18 (21+ preferred). Ability to comprehend reading materials and follow complex drink recipes.
