This role involves defining account-specific strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned scope.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to address them.Sales & StrategyDevelop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts and scope, while actively seeking new business opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt commercial strategies.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with internal teams, including R&D, Production, Logistics, Quality, and PLM, to meet customer expectations.Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.Organize and lead customer meetings, involving relevant stakeholders from both organizations.Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Negotiation & ContractsLead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the implementation of service agreements.Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and customer requirements.Reporting & AnalysisRegularly monitor and analyse account performance metrics.Prepare reports detailing sales data, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.Functional CompetenciesConfident and driven Key Account Manager who is resilient, adaptable and embracing change.
