HR Reporting & Data Analytics Consultant

HR Reporting & Data Analytics Consultant
What You'll Be Doing
- Inventory and assess existing HR and operational reports
- Analyze legacy Microsoft Access reporting solutions, including queries, macros, transformations, and business logic
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Determine whether reporting should reside within:
- ADP Lyric
- Power BI
- Existing enterprise data assets
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Create scalable reporting and self-service analytics capabilities
- Support report automation and scheduled distribution processes
- Validate reporting outputs and data accuracy
- Define reporting governance, security, and distribution strategies
- Help establish a roadmap for decommissioning legacy Access databases
Required Skills
- Enterprise reporting and analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Power BI development experience
- Data transformation and reporting architecture experience
- Business requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with business leaders and executives
- Experience modernizing legacy reporting environments
