Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the plant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels Strong leadership skills Effective planning and scheduling Acute attention to detail. Strong problem‑solving skills Team player Education and/or Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
