You will be part of the team to fully test and verify hybrid solutions for our growing cyber solutions line of business. You will be responsible for manual and automated test execution, accurate record-keeping of the results, and support to the issue resolution process.This is a hands-on role on a mission-critical program. Your work directly contributes to matters of national security. You will help the team evolve a TRL-5 prototype system into a TRL-8 product in support of a classified customer pilot deployment.What You'll Be DoingExecute manual, automated, and semi-automated test procedures according to approved test plans in an agile and fast-paced environmentPerform functional, regression, integration, and system testing as assignedFollow documented test steps and verify actual system behavior against expected resultsCapture test evidence, logs, screenshots and other supporting materialSupport test planning, setup, environment validation, and test data preparationSupport the root cause investigation and issue resolution processesRe-execute tests to verify fixes and confirm defect resolutionSupport continuous improvement of the verification processes and toolsWhat Required Skills You'll BringAssociate’s degree, technical training, or relevant experience in software testing, system testing, or quality assurance; equivalent practical experience may be considered2+ years of systems engineering or related experienceExperience executing test cases and documenting resultsExperience with Agile software development environmentsExperience with test management, defect tracking, and requirements traceability toolsWorking knowledge of networking protocols, services, and encapsulation techniques (e.g. TCP/IP (V4/V6), UDP, DNS, DHCP)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured proceduresAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team membersBasic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentExperience with WireShark or other network packet analysis toolAn active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this positionWhat Desired Skills You'll BringFamiliarity with test automation frameworks and API testing tools, to include hybrid on-premises and cloud environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Robot Framework, JUnit, or similar testing platformsExperience with scripting languages such as Python or BashExperience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, or data-driven systemsSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
