What You ll Do

• Provide urgent care services to a diverse outpatient population
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses
• Conduct suturing, incisions, and foreign body removal
• Manage airway support, medication administration, and initial emergency stabilization
• Review rapid testing and diagnostic labs
• Document all patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient care

What You Need

• Virginia Nurse Practitioner license active or pending
• BLS certification required
• Prior urgent care or outpatient experience (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in suturing, I&D, and minor procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
