E-Commerce Coordinator

Loeffler Randall is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and maintenance of our Shopify business. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the DTC Ecommerce team, this role is the engine behind accurate, on-time product launches — owning product setup in Shopify, keeping the site polished and error-free, and supporting merchandising, operations, and reporting wherever the business needs it.

This role will serve as a key operator within the ecommerce team — proactively managing recurring workflows, identifying and resolving site issues, and keeping the digital storefront polished, accurate, and launch-ready. This is a hands-on, high-learning role, ideal for someone a couple of years into their ecommerce or retail career who wants broad, direct exposure to how a growing fashion brand runs its digital business.

Core Responsibilities

Product Setup & Content (Shopify)

• Build new products in Shopify: creating styles, variants (size/color), SKUs, and pricing. Ensuring that every product is complete and accurate ahead of scheduled launches.
• Upload and organize product imagery, swapping and updating assets as they become available. Calling out issues that arise (color, size, quality, etc.)
• Maintain accurate product attributes, descriptions, categorization, and tagging to support search, filtering, and merchandising.
• Support pre-order setup, toggling live status and updating availability dates as inventory shifts.
• Partner with merchandising and operations to ensure new product is properly prepped and available for each launch.
• Set up and maintain the UK catalog, ensuring products, pricing, and market specific settings are accurate for the UK storefront.

Site Merchandising & QA

• Assist the build of merchandise collection and category pages so they accurately reflect current inventory, launches, and business priorities.
• Run recurring site sweeps across product categories to catch content, imagery, or merchandising gaps before they reach the customer.
• QA product information, pricing, links, imagery, and site functionality, escalating and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain on-site links for email and marketing campaigns so traffic lands on the correct pages.

Embroidery & Personalization

• Own the end-to-end embroidery process, serving as the primary point of contact for our off-site embroiderer.
• Manage the project and timelines with the embroiderer, keeping orders moving through the process on schedule.
• Coordinate replenishment to keep inventory for embroidery stock & availability aligned with demand.
• Create and manage shipping labels and backend fulfillment for complete order processing.

Pricing & Markdowns

• Execute scheduled markdowns and approved price changes accurately and on time, following the established price-change process.
• QA pricing after markdowns and updates to confirm changes are live and correct across the site.
• Proactively flag pricing discrepancies or unexpected site behavior.

Admin & Support

• Support recurring ecommerce reporting by gathering, organizing, and validating performance data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting as requested, proactively flagging notable trends, opportunities, or issues.
• Take on ad hoc projects and administrative support across the ecommerce team as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital merchandising.
• Hands-on familiarity with Shopify required
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks against launch deadlines.
• Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets with product data and recurring reporting.
• A strong context-switcher, able to move between a product setup, a site fix, and an order issue in the same day without losing accuracy on any of them.
• Able to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Genuine interest in fashion and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
